Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

Refund and Returns Policy

All prints are printed upon the placement of the order, therefore all print sales are final. Any prints that are damaged in shipping or processing are eligible to be replaced at no cost. The shipping for replacement or returns will be provided.

All digital products and physical products besides prints are eligible for a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. The item also needs to be in original condition, free of any damage.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and then issue a full refund or replace the item accordingly. We will cover the shipping for any returns or replacements.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, within 14 business days. If the item was replaced a new tracking number for the item will be emailed to you.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

All items purchased on sale are nonrefundable. If the item is damaged in shipping or processing it is eligible to be replaced at no charge.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
